JCJ worked in collaboration with Dekker Perich Sabatini to design the 72,500 square foot, ground-up casino. The JCJ team provided master planning, architecture and interior design concepts and the overall project programming, secure area design and documentation as well as back of house/service areas. Food and Beverage venues within the casino include a bar and lounge, Cottonwood Kitchen Restaurant, a grab ’n go eatery, and a 75 seat outdoor patio.

JCJ provided gaming design expertise and limited documentation. Dekker Perich Sabatini provided full design and documentation services and served as architect of record.
