JCJ provided comprehensive planning and design services for the large-scale, multi-faceted development located just 90 minutes north of New York City. Set on an 1,800 site in the heart of the Catskills, the 1.6 million square foot project includes an 18-story tower with 332 hotel suites, 2 pools, the 8,000 square foot Crystal Life Spa, 100,000 square feet of gaming, an exterior terrace, pre-function space, and a 27,000 square foot “Epicenter” event center that can accommodate 1,400 (banquet style seating) or 2,500 seats (concert style seating). The casino includes 2,150 slot machines and 153 tables for blackjack, roulette and other games.
The property features 10 venues for dining including acclaimed chef, Scott Conant’s “Cellaio” Italian-inspired steak house, “Empire Lounge” center bar, “Double Top” bar and grill, “Lotus” Asian fine dining, a buffet, a coffee shop and more.
