Choctaw Casino and Resort Expansion

Building on an extensive portfolio of work in the regional market, JCJ served as master planner, architect and interior designer for the major expansion to the Choctaw Nation’s existing flagship casino resort property in Durant, Oklahoma.

Delivered using a developer-led/design-build methodology, JCJ worked alongside Tutor Perini Building Company and Tynan Group. The expansion significantly increases gaming capacity and includes a 1,000 key hotel, retail space, conference facilities, multiple restaurants, movie theaters, resort style pools, multiple entertainment venues, and a new parking garage.

The exterior and interior of this large expansion presents a new contemporary aesthetic that sets the property apart from all other offerings in the region.
