Randall Hull, AIA is a Principal at JCJ whose career has spanned the roles of architect, owner’s representative and developer. Bringing more than 35 years of experience across gaming, hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, residential, cultural, municipal and faith-based projects, Randy offers clients a well-rounded perspective on every stage of the design and development process. His experience informs a thoughtful approach to master planning, programming, discretionary approvals, design, documentation, construction oversight and client service.

Known for his disciplined technical approach and strong design sensibility, Randall believes successful projects are built on clear communication, thoughtful analysis and a commitment to resolving challenges collaboratively. Having spent much of his career working closely with contractors and clients during construction, he understands the importance of field experience in translating design intent into built reality. Randall is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals, encouraging them to engage directly in the field to strengthen their technical knowledge, communication skills and understanding of architectural practice.

Randall earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University and is a registered architect in Oklahoma Texas, Louisiana and Arizona.
