Post master planning services, in a major renovation effort, JCJ provided architectural and interior design services to the Eastern Cherokee Band of Indians for multiple food and beverage venues at Harrah’s Cherokee, including the world’s first Gordon Ramsay Food Market. Unique design solutions were implemented for each individual venue, including classics like Street Burger and Street Pizza and new concepts like G/R Catch Café, grab-and-go options, as well as a full-service Gordon Ramsay experience at G/R Truffles Pub.
