Emeril Lagasse’s new French/Creole-inspired three-meal restaurant is also included in the transformation from Harrah's New Orleans to Caesars New Orleans - Chef Emeril's first partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
The restaurant's interior showcases a casual elegance reminiscent of a classic French brasserie in Paris with high ceilings, natural light, and curated artwork. The main dining room has seating for nearly 200, along with a Chef’s counter that provides a view into the kitchen and two private dining rooms totaling 29 seats. Guests can also dine on the terrace to enjoy the sights and sounds of historic Canal Street and the gateway to the French Quarter.
The Brasserie features a French/Creole-inspired menu offering full-service breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a fast-casual coffee shop and bakery, the Petite Brasserie.
From the chain drapery at the entry to the faux vine wall in the dining room, the design is meant to capture the essence of Emeril Lagasse’s culinary journey. Inspired by the French Quarter aesthetic, arched and ironwork details are sprinkled through the space from the custom armoire in the dining room to the scalloped soffit above the bar. Texture lives through the rattan on the chairs, the channel tufting at the banquettes, and light nodules flickering above in the oversized chandeliers. The gallery wall showcases Emeril’s career, paying homage to important figures throughout his life, including his mother. The arched wine windows visually open to the kitchen, becoming an active feature to the design. Green was an accent color to highlight key design elements such as the glazed tile that wraps the bar, the gallery wall set against a forest green paint, and the bar furniture with pine upholstery.

“To introduce a restaurant concept by local favorite, Emeril Lagasse, and have this be his first with our Company, is truly such an honor,” said Samir Mowad, SVP and General Manager of Harrah’s New Orleans. “We’re creating an entirely new experience at Caesars New Orleans, elevating our offerings with exciting dining, gaming and entertainment options, and Emeril will help add that little bit of local spice that we need to our premier destination.”
