Emeril’s Brasserie

As part of the transformation from Harrah’s New Orleans to Caesars New Orleans, this French/Creole-inspired three-meal restaurant is Chef Emeril’s first partnership with Caesars Entertainment. Designed by JCJ Architecture.

The Brasserie features a French/Creole inspired menu offering full service breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a fast-casual coffee shop and bakery, the Petite Brasserie. Accessible from the casino floor and Canal street, and open to all ages, this is the first ‘under 21’ offering at Caesars New Orleans.

“To introduce a restaurant concept by local favorite, Emeril Lagasse, and have this be his first with our Company, is truly such an honor,” said Samir Mowad, SVP and General Manager of Harrah’s New Orleans. “We’re creating an entirely new experience at Caesars New Orleans, elevating our offerings with exciting dining, gaming and entertainment options, and Emeril will help add that little bit of local spice that we need to our premier destination.”
