Varnell Smith is an Associate Principal and Senior Project Manager with JCJ. With more than 15 years of experience leading complex projects across the gaming, hospitality, education, mixed-use and multifamily markets, Varnell is recognized for his collaborative leadership, exceptional client service and ability to bring diverse project teams together around shared goals.
Equally comfortable working with clients, consultants, design and construction teams, he builds trust through open communication, active listening and a natural ability to connect with people. Since joining JCJ in 2022, Varnell has contributed to projects serving the gaming, hospitality, education and community sectors, including JCJ’s work on the Las Vegas Forever One Memorial.
