Mel LeBlond, LEED AP, is Director of Graphic Design at JCJ, where he leads the firm’s visual communications including design and management of JCJ’s brand and identity. His work supports virtually every aspect of JCJ’s practice, strengthening visibility and business development, curating the firm’s portfolio, enhancing the work of project teams and providing design expertise for select projects, including environmental graphics, signage and identity development.

Mel holds degrees in both architecture and visual communications from the University of Hartford. After graduation, Mel spent five years as an intern architect and project manager before transitioning to a career in graphic design supporting architectural practice. His background has given him a deep understanding of the design process, enabling him to translate concepts into clear, compelling visual communication. Over his 20 years with the firm, he has contributed to JCJ projects in K-12 education, higher education, sports and recreation, civic, community, hospitality and gaming.
