JCJ Celebrates Topping Off of Babson College Executive Lodge and Conference Center

JCJ Architecture is proud to partner with Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. and Babson College on the new Executive Lodge and Conference Center, a state-of-the-art facility designed to support learning, collaboration and connection across the Babson community.

Last week, the JCJ team joined project partners and members of the Babson community to celebrate a significant construction milestone with the project’s Topping Off Ceremony, marking the placement of the final structural steel beam.

Scheduled for completion in mid-2027, the new facility will feature more than 70 guest rooms, a restaurant and bar, a large banquet space, and high-quality classrooms and conference facilities. Together, these spaces will create an engaging environment for students, alumni and executives, supporting Babson’s commitment to meaningful learning and collaboration.

JCJ is excited to see this project take shape and looks forward to celebrating its completion in 2027.
