Located in Wellesley, Massachusetts, the Babson College Executive Lodge and Conference Center (ELCC) is a 77,600-square-foot facility designed to serve as a hub for executive education, hospitality, and campus events. Delivered through a Design-Build partnership between Lee Kennedy Co. and JCJ Architecture, the project is anticipated to open in 2027.
The ELCC will feature more than 70 guest rooms, executive classrooms, flexible meeting and banquet spaces, a full-service restaurant and bar, fitness amenities, and a rooftop terrace. As an International Association of Conference Centers (IACC)-certified venue, the facility will support a wide range of academic, corporate, and community programs.
Inspired by Babson’s entrepreneurial spirit and wooded campus setting, the interior design concept, Sparked with Wonder, blends warm materials, natural textures, and contemporary finishes to create an environment that fosters connection, innovation, and learning. Flexible classrooms, collaborative gathering spaces, and boutique-style guest accommodations are thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, functionality, and hospitality.
With sustainability, wellness, and user experience at its core, the ELCC will provide a welcoming destination that advances Babson College’s vision for leadership, innovation, and lifelong learning.
