Fawn Walton Pellegrini, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is an Associate Principal and Senior Project Manager with JCJ. With nearly three decades of experience leading educational, public safety, civic and community projects, Fawn is recognized for her thoughtful leadership, technical expertise and unwavering commitment to client service. She guides complex projects with a calm, disciplined approach grounded in collaboration, careful planning and professional integrity.
Having advanced through increasingly complex technical and project leadership roles, Fawn brings the perspective of an architect who understands every stage of project delivery—from construction documentation and construction administration through project management. She listens carefully to a range of perspectives, helping project teams navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. Her experience in historic preservation early in her career reinforced an appreciation for thoughtful stewardship, careful decision-making and the lasting value of well-crafted architecture—principles that continue to shape her work today.
Beyond her project work, Fawn contributes to the advancement of project management practices across JCJ through her service on the firm’s Project Management Advisory Group. She also serves as Studio Leader for the Hartford office, mentoring project teams and supporting professional development.
Fawn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Architectural Studies from Trinity College and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Certificate in Historic Preservation and is certified through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
