Saint Mary’s School

Our team collaborated with leadership at the Saint Mary Catholic School to develop a Master Plan for phased improvements that would create learning communities, add classroom space, upgrade athletic facilities, and solve site circulation challenges. Over six months, we worked closely with the school board and stakeholders to create a comprehensive plan with three key priorities: instructional space (including Art, Foreign Language, 7-8th Grade Mathematics, Music, PreK, Media Center, and Computer Lab), gymnasium space (including Stage, Physical Education, and Storage), and administrative space.

Phase 1 included preparations for a future gymnasium addition and repurposing existing space in the lower level of the church. Phase 2 maximized the building footprint within setbacks, created a coherent circulation loop, developed three small learning communities and included a gymnasium/auditorium addition.
