Boston Harbor Hotel Public Spaces Renovation

The Boston Harbor Hotel is undergoing a transformative renovation of its public spaces. The restaurant and waterfront terrace are set to debut in spring 2026. JCJ Architecture is providing architecture, interior architecture, and IOR services for the project, reimagining the hotel’s meeting and event spaces, as well as other public areas, to reflect a sophisticated blend of timeless elegance and contemporary style.

St. Lazare developed the initial interior design concept and updated branding for the hotel, including the story and logo. We assumed responsibility for the interior design during the Design Development and Construction Documents phases, bringing the vision to life by preparing all drawings, making final FF&E selections, and writing detailed specifications. The design enhances the hotel’s iconic views of Boston Harbor and the city skyline while honoring its original architectural character.
