Scott P. Celella, CSI, CCCA, LEED AP serves JCJ Architecture’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s project management and project delivery process. Scott joined JCJ in1996 after more than a decade of leadership in the construction industry. During his tenure with the firm, he has combined his extensive understanding of management, documentation and construction administration with a drive to see projects through to successful completion. Scott has demonstrated an ability to resolve challenging issues while maintaining project schedule, scope and budget; his technical skills are complemented by an exceptional ability to make the design process accessible to clients and stakeholders. In addition to his responsibilities as COO and Principal, Scott has contributed to industry organizations including the Construction Specifications Institute, where he has served as Certification Chair, Past Chapter President and Regional Director; the ACE Mentoring Program, where he has served on the Board of Directors; and the University of Hartford, where he has been a member of Adjunct Faculty. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classic Studies from Wesleyan University and Masters of Divinity from Yale University.
