Paul Hamel, RA is a Principal and Director of Project Management at JCJ. In this role, he collaborates across offices, markets and project types to strengthen project delivery, support integrated processes and help teams consistently deliver exceptional client service. Known for his attention to detail and practical approach to problem-solving, Paul works closely with project teams to guide complex projects from early development and planning through construction.

Over more than 30 years of practice, Paul has managed projects for gaming, hospitality and developer-led clients ranging from $1 million to more than $500 million in construction value. His experience spans a wide range of delivery methodologies, including Fast-Track, Phased, Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build. This breadth of experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of how complex projects can be successfully delivered across a variety of delivery models while balancing schedule, budget and client objectives. Known for his clear communication, disciplined project management and consistent ability to transform complex challenges into successful outcomes, Paul has built long-standing relationships with clients and industry partners.

Paul earned Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from Tulane University and holds certification through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
