Mike Larson, AIA is a Principal at JCJ with more than 20 years of experience leading hospitality, gaming, entertainment and food and beverage projects. Having built his career in the Las Vegas market, Mike brings a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and the operational and development forces that shape successful destinations. He is recognized for a disciplined, results-oriented approach that balances exceptional guest experiences with project performance, operational efficiency and long-term client value.

Working with leading hospitality brands, gaming operators and entertainment companies, Mike has guided complex projects from planning through construction while collaborating closely with owners, consultants and project teams. Known for his clear communication, and a strategic yet practical approach to problem-solving, he believes the strongest projects are achieved by aligning teams of industry experts who understand design excellence, with disciplined execution, efficient processes and sound business decisions. His focus remains on helping clients maximize investment while delivering environments that perform for both owners and guests.

Mike earned Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from North Dakota State University before completing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Finance from the University of North Dakota. He is NCARB certified, a registered architect in Nevada, Hawaii and formerly Maryland and remains actively engaged in the Las Vegas design and development community.
