Lou Iannucci is a Senior Associate and Director of Information Technology at JCJ Architecture. With more than 35 years at the firm, he leads the technology systems, infrastructure and strategic investments that support JCJ’s national practice. From cybersecurity and network resilience to software, hardware and emerging technologies, Lou helps the firm evaluate, adopt and manage the tools that keep people connected and projects moving.
Lou began his career at JCJ as a draftsperson, producing construction documents by hand before the industry transitioned to computer-aided design. Having experienced the evolution of architectural technology firsthand, he brings a practical perspective to the decision-making process – balancing innovation with reliability and focusing on solutions that strengthen the firm’s ability to serve clients. He has led the firm’s move from local servers to a cloud-based network and has overseen full technology migration and for mergers/acquisitions and the opening of new office locations.
Known for his steady, businesslike approach, Lou has played a key role in guiding JCJ through decades of change, building the foundation that supports the firm’s day-to-day operations. His leadership reflects a simple philosophy: technology should be dependable, secure and effective, allowing project teams to focus on the work they do best.
