Christine Faverio, RA, is an Associate Principal and Lead Project Designer with JCJ. With more than 35 years of experience leading design-forward projects across the hospitality, gaming, mixed-use and residential markets, Christine is recognized for her thoughtful leadership, attention to detail and an ability to transform complex planning challenges into memorable architecture.
Earlier in her career, Christine spent two decades as a Partner with WBTL Architects, leading the planning and design of hospitality, conference centers, mixed-use, commercial, luxury residential and retail projects throughout the Middle East, the Caribbean and Latin America. Since joining JCJ, Christine has expanded her experience designing gaming properties, theaters, multi-family residential and adaptive reuse projects nationwide. Drawing on decades of domestic and international experience, Christine approaches design holistically, balancing vision, technical rigor, project goals and client needs. She immerses herself in the complexities of each project, bringing together client aspirations, operational requirements and technical considerations to create architecture that is both purposeful and distinctive.
By encouraging designers and technical professionals alike to contribute their expertise, she fosters a collaborative approach to practice that draws on the strengths of the entire team. As Studio Leader for JCJ’s New York office, Christine supports project teams, mentors emerging professionals and fosters an environment centered on design excellence, accountability and professional growth.
Christine earned both a Bachelor of Physical Sciences and a Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo, SUNY.
