JCJ Wins HOSPY Award for Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment White Tanks Porte Cochere

JCJ Architecture is proud to announce that the Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment White Tanks Porte Cochere in Waddell, Arizona, has received the HOSPY Award for Best Landscape/Interior-Scape/Porte Cochere.

Presented by the NEWH Las Vegas Chapter at ARIA Resort & Casino, the HOSPY Awards recognize excellence in hospitality design. Members of JCJ’s Las Vegas Studio joined industry peers and project partners at this year’s celebration to accept the honor.

Inspired by the site’s location along a major butterfly migratory corridor, the Porte Cochere was designed to capture the lightness and movement of flight. Illuminated, backlit panels appear to float within a bold structural frame, creating a striking visual expression and a memorable sense of arrival.

The design brings together engineering innovation, artistic expression and a strong connection to the surrounding natural environment. The resulting gateway establishes a distinctive arrival experience while setting the tone for the refined aesthetic of the White Tanks property.
