AC Hotel Clearwater Beach

The AC Hotel Clearwater Beach brings a refined blend of European sophistication and modern coastal character to Florida’s Gulf Coast. JCJ Architecture provided programming, interior design, and ID branding for the 10-story, 144-key hotel, creating a cohesive guest experience that balances the relaxed spirit of Clearwater Beach with the contemporary aesthetic of the AC Hotels brand.

From the guest rooms and suites to the hotel’s vibrant public spaces, the design incorporates a warm, modern palette of natural materials, contemporary wood-look flooring, and thoughtfully curated details. A series of social and amenity spaces, including the AC Kitchen and Lounge, pool deck bar, rooftop pool, and signature rooftop bar, were designed to encourage connection and take full advantage of the hotel’s coastal setting and panoramic views. The result is a sophisticated yet approachable environment that reflects the energy of its location while providing a distinctive expression of the AC Hotel brand.
