JCJ provided design services for the ground-up construction of the new Hilton Garden Inn located in Marlborough, MA.

Situated within the bustling Marlborough Hills development, the Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Marlborough serves as an upscale business hotel, offering a range of amenities to cater to travelers’ needs. The property features 160 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, complemented by 4,800 square feet of versatile meeting space.

Guests can enjoy dining at the full-service BLVD restaurant and bar, which includes two private corporate dining areas. Additional amenities include a fitness room, pool, conference facilities, and breakout rooms, making it an ideal destination for both business and leisure travelers.

Spanning a total of 105,000 square feet, the hotel was constructed using a combination of steel and wood-framed podium construction. The design incorporates a unique narrative that emphasizes the relationship between rain and a garden’s growth.

This concept is artfully brought to life through creative lighting elements, such as oversized raindrop-inspired fixtures in the Lobby Pergola area, a lightning-themed light installation in the lobby seating area, and backlit Plyboo wall panels along the lobby corridor. The interior design palette features natural and neutral tones, accented with vibrant pops of color to create a welcoming and dynamic environment.

Further enhancing the theme, the artwork throughout the hotel reflects the rain-inspired concept, contributing to a cohesive and engaging guest experience.
