Having designed the original Saratoga Raceway venue for DWG Development in the early 2000's, JCJ Architecture was brought back to design a 127,000 square foot expansion including a four-diamond, 117-key hotel with amenity spaces such as a restaurant, pool and 10,720 square foot meeting space.

The design of this phase complements the existing building and reflects the Victorian architecture for which Saratoga Springs is so well known. Interiors feature a traditional finish palette with the warm Victorian feel of Saratoga combined with elements that deliver a subtle, modern sophisticated touch. To achieve this, the design team utilized elegant neutral tones, rich, dark woods and stylish wallcovering with patterns that harken back to the turn of the century.

The property will offer guests a truly unique and localized experience, by celebrating the community and its deep local history throughout.
