Roy C. Olsen, RA, CSI, CCS, LEED AP is a Senior Associate and Director of Technical Resources at JCJ Architecture. A seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in architectural design, production of technical drawings and development of construction specifications, Roy works with design teams in the production of contract documents that will appropriately communicate to construction professionals. His expertise is wide ranging – from building types such as education, civic, public safety, commercial and industrial to hospitality, recreational and historic preservation. An accomplished technical Architect with an encyclopedic mind, Roy is a resource to all members of the firm in the areas of contract documents, code compliance, product specifications, constructability and in particular on issues related to building envelope. Roy is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute and a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, Center for Architecture. He has been a member of the JCJ team since 1997.
