Roger Stein, AIA, LEED AP is a Project Director with more than 35 years of experience in leading teams and helping clients archieve their objectives. Over the course of his career, Roger has taken the lead in client management and project delivery on a wide variety of building types ranging from private residences to high–rise structures, from mixed–use, retail and hotel to institutional, healthcare and corporate facilities. Roger’s skill as a communicator and consensus builder combines with a tremendous depth of project knowledge and commitment to developing place-making design solutions. Prior to joining JCJ, Roger played a leading role on projects that include Trilogy, mixed use residential in Boston, MA; Lazarus Building, 1,000,000 square foot mixed use renovation in Columbus, OH; Hamilton Storage Technologies corporate offices and manufacturing facility for the life sciences market in Franklin, MA; and Cubist Pharmaceuticals in Lexington, MA. Roger’s leadership role on this diverse range of projects have given him insight into the nuances and challenges on development of large scale projects, including the financial, regulatory and logistical issues.
Roger is a Senior Associate with JCJ. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, is a LEED accredited professional, NCARB certified. As an active member of NAOIP and the Boston Society of Architects, Roger contributes to the wider dialogue on issues and trends related to design and the built environment.
