The Architect will possess diverse knowledge of architectural principals and practices, use advanced techniques, and has responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and material approval. May supervise small staff of architects and technicians. Works under the direction of a senior team member, most often the Project Manager (PM) or Design Team Leader (DTL). Prepares designs and documents, from schematic through construction phase in accordance with JCJ Architecture and industry standards.

The Architect will perform construction administration (CA) tasks including shop drawing review, RFI's and document modifications.

The Architect that JCJ seeks will have 8+ years of experience in the markets noted above.

Training Requirements:
• Revit v. 2017 or above (highly preferred)
• AutoCAD v. 2017 or above
• 3D software (3ds Max, Maxwell, SketchUp)
• MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, MS Project
• Willing to travel

Education: Professional BArch degree or Masters in Architecture
Architectural License: highly preferred
