Scott Persing is a designer with an exceptional ability to translate the owner's program requirements into efficient, creative designs, exceeding his client's expectations. Scott has focused on master planning and design of hospitality, justice and corporate facilities while at JCJ. Contemporary regional and cultural design cues are identified and developed into the architectural vocabulary of every project he is involved with. Notable projects include: Oxford Casino, Blue Lake Casino, Otoe Missouria’s Hotel/Entertainment Expansion, Bear River Hotel Addition, Gila River's Vee Quiva Casino, Phase 1-5 of Seneca Allegany Casino & Resort, Waterbury Superior Courthouse, Navajo Nation Justice Centers, The Mercantile Exchange Building and renovations to One Constitution Plaza. Scott is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the University of Washington College of Architecture. He has been with JCJ since 1993.
