With three decades of experience in the design and construction industry, Scott Celella serves as JCJ’s Chief Project Officer. His experience managing architectural and consultant project teams, his ability to tailor delivery systems to client and project requirements, and his effective communication skills have made him a recognized resource within the industry. With a strong background in contract administration and construction services, Scott has demonstrated an ability to consistently resolve challenging issues while maintaining project schedule, scope and budget. Scott's technical skills are complimented by his exceptional ability to make the design process accessible to clients and stakeholders. An active proponent of sharing "best practices," Scott's professional involvement includes the Construction Specifications Institute, where he has served as Certification Chair, Past Chapter President and regional Director, the ACE Mentoring Program, where he has served on the Board of Directors, and the University of Hartford, where he has been an Adjunct Professor teaching classes in Building Economics and Construction Documents. Scott is a graduate of Yale University Divinity School and Wesleyan University; he has been with JCJ since 1995.
