Set on a 15-acre estate, this 1913 Elizabethan-syle mansion is on the National Register of Historic Places. JCJ was executive architect for expansion of the existing facility from 50,000 to 107,000 square feet of space to meet the needs of Graham Capital Management, an alternative investment industry management firm. The project includes a state-of-the-art 80-person trading floor, technology infrastructure and associated support spaces, meeting and conference spaces, executive offices, cafeteria and full food service spaces and a fitness center.
