Considered a leader in the industry by our clients as well as his peers, Bill Dow has commanded a leading role in some of the JCJ’s most complex and high-visibility projects. Bill has mastered the fast-track project delivery system and has worked extensively with Native American hospitality and entertainment design initiatives including many of the firm’s large-scale casino and hotel developments. Incorporating a comprehensive, hands-on approach to project delivery, Bill has played a major role in groundbreaking properties such as Foxwoods Resort Casino, Resorts World Casino New York City, Downstream Casino Resort and the Mashpee Wampanoag Project First Light. In addition to his work with JCJ’s gaming and hospitality projects, Bill has extensive experience in multiple project and building types, including higher education and healthcare, multi-family residential and sports facilities. Bill is a graduate of Trinity College and the University of Pennsylvania and has been with the firm since 1992.
